Designed professionals, the 3M™ 8233 Respirator with Cool Flow™ Valve—Lead Paint Removal is an option for certain lead-based paint removal activities. This respirator is equipped with a Cool Flow™ valve, that helps reduce heat build-up inside the respirator, helping to enhance your comfort during longer jobs. Removing lead-based paint requires specialized respiratory protection and must be done in accordance with OSHA’s Lead Standard, so give yourself and your crew particle filtration you can trust.
