Uniflex® Silicone44™ Rubberized silicone roof coating is a premium silicone rubber roof coating ideal for pondering water. The monolithic coating provides a seamless rubberized layer of protection to low-slope and moderate slope (<3:12 pitch) roofs. Silicone44™ is compatible with a range of surfaces: metal, single ply, smooth BUR, APP, SBS, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, cured concrete, existing asphaltic and elastomeric roof coatings, along with other approved surfaces.
