UNIFLEX® Acrylic Patching Cement is formulated with acrylic-based elastomeric resin, titanium dioxide, and special reinforcing materials to create a durable, resilient repair solution for a variety of roofing applications. Ideal for sealing roof seams, small holes, splits, cracks, penetrations, and wall flashings, it provides long-lasting protection on metal, built-up roofing (BUR), modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, and concrete roof surfaces. The cured patch offers excellent resistance to weathering and harsh outdoor conditions.
