Modac Acrylic Texture Coating is a high build, 100% acrylic latex coating formulated to seal, decorate and protect new or existing concrete. This alkaline resistant coating can be applied to newly cured concrete that maintains pH levels as high as 13. It is specified on TiltUp Construction panels where a one coat textured system is preferred. Modac Acrylic Texture Coating is available in smooth, medium and coarse textures and can be applied, after power washing in a one coat or two coat system.
