MAXFLEX™ Acrylic Urethane Elastomeric Sealant is a premium quality, multi-purpose sealant specifically formulated to provide maximum durability and adhesion. It performs like a silicone rubber sealant, able to withstand extreme joint movement without adhesive or cohesive failure. It also has the toolability and workability of a waterborne acrylic. It can be used on a wide variety of interior or exterior surfaces to provide a mildew resistant, permanently flexible seal that resists yellowing.
