  • Work beyond typical maintenance manager capabilities

  • Includes pool deck refinishing, walkway resurfacing, common area repaints, roof coating repair

  • Combine with turn business, or use as leverage to gain turn or repaint business

  • Irregular but ongoing, offers higher margins
