With 19+ years of experience in color and design, Emily leads the Trendsight Team at Sherwin-Williams. She specializes in forecasting color trends and developing strategic color solutions for the architectural market segment. Emily is EDAC-accredited, NCIDQ-certified and a member of both the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA).

Backed by over 15 years of experience in the design industry, Ashley is an NCIDQ-certified designer bringing color strategy to life in meaningful ways. With expertise in interpreting global lifestyle trends through color, Ashley empowers consumers to make confident color choices. And she collaborates with leading retail brands across all categories, serving DIY enthusiasts.

As the forecaster for Valspar^®’s annual color trend forecasting for more than 20 years, Sue has a passion for seeing color through the landscape of lifestyle trends, capturing livable colors at home. She transitioned to the color designer role to focus on color and trends after exploring design solutions as a product designer.

With 25 years of color expertise, Kiki drives all CMF & Trend initiatives for Performance Coatings, including the DesignHouse in Minneapolis, MN. Board of Directors Emeritus for the Color Marketing Group (CMG), she co-chairs the Future Thinking and ColorChat committees. And is a strategic futurist on The Learning Forum’s Foresight Council and a member of numerous design organizations.

With 10+ years of experience in color marketing and the A&D industry, Lis is part of the Color Marketing team. She forecasts color trends and transforms them into bold, strategic brand experiences — connecting with DIY and retail consumers across digital, in-store and experiential platforms as they seek inspiration for their next paint, aerosol or wood stain project.

With more than 13 years of experience in the commercial design industry, Anne provides strategic color solutions and targeted design support for all commercial market segments and creative service projects. Anne is a senior designer within the Color Marketing & Design Department at Sherwin-Williams. 

Brynn is an Architectural Color Designer for the Sherwin-Williams DesignHouse, serving as a color connoisseur in the coil and extrusion market. She is passionate about innovation and motivated by the ever-changing realm of color and design. Brynn is a proud member of the Color Marketing Group (CMG), the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

With deep roots in the furniture and design industries, Maggie specializes in translating cultural shifts into forward-thinking color strategies, helping customers use color as a key differentiator in their sales success. As Industrial Wood’s color and design thought leader, Maggie leads her team in trend forecasting, finish development and CMF strategy at the DesignHouse in Greensboro, NC.

Patrícia is responsible for tinted products and color management, home centers and paint dealers. She assists with color systems, color palettes and merchandising; tracks design trends; and provides training and new business development assistance. With over 20 years at Sherwin-Williams, she has completed many projects in Brazil and now oversees color projects in Argentina and Chile as well.

Sharon has over 25 years of experience helping homeowners bring color to life.  She is currently part of the DIY Marketing team and is responsible for the strategic creation, management and evaluation of color programs and color solutions for homeowners.

Cintia leads the Color Studio team in Mexico. Bringing more than 10 years of experience in interior design concepts for food and beverage, entertainment and hospitality projects, she is responsible for creating color and design solutions for clients with unique color marketing tools and personalized color training.

Julie brings 10+ years of experience in the coatings industry to her role as a Color Marketing Manager. She is responsible for shaping high-impact color initiatives that resonate with the design community and residential painters, while collaborating with a high-performing field organization to drive results. Julie is an active member of ASID and IDCEC and an IDS Industry Partner.

With 18 years at Sherwin-Williams, Ashlynn serves as the Designer Marketing Manager for the Southwestern U.S., leading a team of 10 Designer Account Executives. She partners with the residential A&D community, delivering support and simplifying specification through Sherwin-Williams exclusives. Ashlynn is an active member of ASID, IDS and the Color Marketing Group.

For 14+ years at Sherwin-Williams, Kendall has dedicated her career to supporting and elevating the design community, helping bring their vision to life. As the Designer Services Marketing Manager, she works with leading residential designers across the country, managing partnerships, collaborations and national trade show engagement. 

With 15+ years at Sherwin-Williams, Emily is the Designer Marketing Manager for Canada. She oversees colour strategy, industry partnerships and designer engagement — connecting brand, creativity and community. Emily is also the National Vice Chair of the Decorators and Designers Association of Canada and Marketing Chair of the Colour Research Society of Canada.

Clint is the Designer Marketing Manager at Sherwin-Williams, with 10+ years of experience in the design and coatings industry. He supports the residential designer and architect community by providing unparalleled resources and insights with the support of a team of talented Designer Account Executives, while increasing specifications by leveraging Sherwin-Williams' industry-leading resources.  

Amanda has been with Sherwin-Williams for 15 years. She is now the A&D HPF Market Segment Manager supporting the High Performance Division. Her position encompasses color creation, marketing tools, product innovation, sustainability and specification support. She is accredited with the following certifications: CDT, LEED Green Associate, WELL AP and Fitwel Ambassador.

Since coming to Sherwin-Williams in 2016, Michael and his team have been responsible for providing color and design solutions for the Paint Stores Group. He helps serve the field representatives and over 4,200 stores throughout North America. Under his lead, CM&D fulfills various projects including exterior and interior photo imaging, custom color cards and Homescapes®.

With almost 10 years at Sherwin-Williams, Antonella has been the liaison for Latin America with the Color Marketing Group and oversees the Marketing Department for Central America, including architectural, industrial coatings, P&M, wood and automotive product lines as well as merchandising, advertising and color marketing and design. 

Lucia is a color and design expert in the EMEAI Industrial Wood division, supporting customers and designers from the Civitannova, Italy location. She attends trade shows around the world and brings future-thinking insights to the Trendsight team. Lucia has been with Sherwin-Williams for over 10 years and is part of the global marketing team.  

With 9 years at Sherwin-Williams, Iris leads a team of Designer Account Executives supporting the residential design and architect community and design students. She's committed to building relationships by providing color resources, continuing education courses and engagement opportunities that support designers and architects throughout the specification process. 

Melissa is a seasoned color and marketing expert with more than a decade of design experience in the home industry. She contributes to the company’s trend and color forecasting and leads the Virtual Panel Studio, an exclusive digital platform that allows product developers and designers to experience DesignHouse from anywhere in the world.

Kristen Mullin has 19 years of experience with Sherwin-Williams and the design community. She leads marketing initiatives and strategic programs focused on the residential designer and architects, while managing a team of Designer Account Executives. Kristen helps connect design professionals with innovative solutions and resources that support their success.
