Do Not Call Policy
It is the policy of The Sherwin-Williams Company to respect the wishes of call recipients who inform us that they do not want to receive telemarketing calls (which for purposes of this policy include text messages) from us or on our behalf.
If you ask not to receive telemarketing calls from (or on behalf of) us, the phone number you provide will be placed on our internally-maintained Do Not Call list (“Sherwin-Williams DNC List”) and will not receive telemarketing calls from us or on our behalf for the next five years (or any longer period required by applicable law). Please make sure the phone number you provide is correct. Any request to be placed on our Sherwin-Williams DNC List will be processed within a reasonable amount of time, not to exceed 30 days (or any shorter period required by applicable law).
We train those making telemarketing calls for us on how to document, process and honor requests to be placed on our Sherwin-Williams DNC List and make proper identification at the start of telemarketing calls.
Being on our Sherwin-Williams DNC List restricts telemarketing calls only. We may still contact you for non-telemarketing purposes, including but not limited to billing and product/service related issues.
