UNIFLEX® Elastomeric MB Primer is formulated with 100% acrylic polymer technology and specifically designed for use on modified bitumen roofs, granular cap sheets, and other asphaltic surfaces. Applied before UNIFLEX® Elastomeric Finish Coats, it helps create a strong foundation for roof coating systems while providing durable protection and long-lasting performance. Its flexible formula is engineered for demanding roof restoration and maintenance applications.
