This interior/exterior, self-priming, waterborne gloss acrylic coating is specifically engineered to provide high hide and good stain resistance on surfaces where a thorough cleaning is impractical. Because it can be applied to marginally clean metal or masonry surfaces, this acrylic sealer is perfect for warehouses, schools, hospitals, hotels, commercial buildings and industrial sites—especially when multiple substrates need to be painted but only one product purchase is desired.
