Sherwin-Williams Provides Property Managers With Customized Color Palettes
CLEVELAND (August 18, 2008) – As North America’s leading paint manufacturer, Sherwin-Williams understands the coating and color needs of property managers when it comes to tuning units and turning profits. To meet these needs while giving managers a competitive advantage to attract residents, Sherwin-Williams introduces its Feature Wall Program. With its personalized approach to color, the Feature Wall Program not only simplifies the interior decorating process for property managers, but also helps drive revenue by involving residents in the design of their units, providing them with an incentive to move in and stay put.
The Sherwin-Williams Feature Wall Program gives residents the chance to personalize their units while also streamlining the process for property managers. Through the program, managers will work with Sherwin-Williams color and design experts to create a custom color palette for their properties. The color choices from the palette can then be offered to residents so they feel more at home by giving their units a more personal touch. The Sherwin-Williams Feature Wall Program gives residents the chance to personalize their units while also streamlining the process for property managers. The color palette selected by managers includes a neutral base color combined with a single feature wall color in a complementary or bold, accent shade for residents to choose from. With more than 1,500 hues available, and a Color Prime® gray-shade primer system to maximize the hiding of bold colors in less coats, the Feature Wall Program is designed to delight residents with the available choices.
"The Feature Wall Program is a great solution for property managers and their residents,” says Jackie Jordan, Sherwin-Williams director of color marketing and design. “The program provides managers with a comprehensive interior paint package for their properties, and gives residents the opportunity to confidently choose a color palette to personalize their spaces."
Property managers enrolled in the Feature Wall Program will also benefit from a number of other programs and services offered by Sherwin-Williams for their interior and exterior design needs. These include a digital imaging service for exterior color selection; coordinated paint selection; wall coverings, window treatments and floor coverings for large indoor projects; Custodian™ property reports that track all painting changes; the Sher-Color computerized matching system to archive custom paint formulas for six years; and the convenience of online ordering of all Sherwin-Williams products.
