Contractors can add years to the life of new decks when this new protective pretreatment is applied and then topcoated with DeckScapes Semi-Transparent or Solid Color Waterborne Stains.  The new Life Extender literally binds loose wood fibers to form a sound, smoother substrate with better adhesion for topcoating.  On older weathered decks that have been properly cleaned, homeowners will be amazed at the transformation from tired, weathered wood to a beautiful deck with a long lasting protective finish. 

The product is easy to apply by brushing or rolling, and protects from UV light and water damage, while enhancing the wood grain.  Its oil-based formula offers great temperature tolerance and is VOC compliant.
