XP is Ultimate Waterproofing Protection Loxon XP™ gets concrete jobs done faster and more efficiently while providing longer-lasting protection. Loxon XP™ is a direct-to-concrete, high-build masonry coating that requires no primer and provides exceptional coverage. Designed for use on tilt-up, precast, or poured-in-place concrete, as well as CMU, cement block and stucco surfaces, Loxon XP provides superior resistance to alkali and efflorescence.
Loxon XP also has excellent resistance to moisture penetration from wind- driven rain, which makes retaining a great looking finish easier. The high-build formula, which must be applied at a minimum of 14.0-18.0 mils wft and 6.4-
8.3 mils dft, can be sprayed, rolled or even brushed on in small applications.
With its proprietary technology, Loxon XP tolerates pH levels of up to 13 and can be applied to fresh concrete of less than 28 days old so construction schedules can be accelerated. Loxon XP is available in a wide array of colors, and with its long-lasting durability, flexibility and fade resistance can be counted on for years of good looks with fewer repaints.
