Fitting wallpaper around the edges of doors and windows works the same way as hanging a full strip of wallpaper.

- Hang a strip right over the opening from ceiling to floor.
- Using scissors, cut diagonally from the waste area into top corner and trim off the excess. Smooth the rest of the strip up to the edge of the molding.
- Then carefully cut along the edge of the molding with a sharp blade, using the broad knife as a guide.
- For the small spaces above doors, and above and below windows, simply cut short strips to length plus 5 to 6 inches for matching. Hang as you would a full strip.
