Instructions for safely hanging wallpaper over outlets and switch plates:
- Hang wallcovering strips over outlets and switch plates over outlets and switch plates, just as you would a full strip.
- After making sure electricity to the outlet or switch plate is shut off, carefully trim away excess wallpaper using a razor knife.
