Follow these step-by-step instructions for applying stain or stencil to concrete surfaces.
- Prepare the surface.
- Apply two coats of H&C® Silicone Acrylic Concrete Sealer or H&C® Shield Plus Ultra™ Concrete Stain according to label directions.
- If desired, decorate with an H&C® Custom Stencil Design.
- For slip resistance, add H&C® SharkGrip® Slip Resistant Additive to the stain prior to application of the second coat. SharkGrip will not change the color of the stain. (This product should not be used in place of a non-skid finish.)
