How-To

Step 1

Mask ceilings, baseboards, and trim with painter's tape. With a brush, cut in an 18-inch section along the edge of the ceiling and wall with illusions® SandScapes™ finish. Then roll on a thick layer of SandScapes™, filling in an 18-inch x 18-inch section.

Step 2

As soon as you complete an 18-inch floor-to-ceiling column, roll over it lightly with a thin layer of SandScapes™. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you've covered the entire room, overlapping each section to maintain a wet edge. Allow this first coat to dry at least four hours. This first coat will appear uneven when dry.

Step 3

Roll on a SandScapes™ topcoat using the same method you used for the first coat. Allow to dry at least 24 hours.
